Payment Methods
We accept a number of payment methods which are Personal Cheques, Postal Orders, Bankers Drafts, Paypal, BACS and Cash on collection.
Dispatch Times
Items held in stock are: Stick-In Weaves, Maintenance Free Jumps & Tunnels, these will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.
All other items are made to order and will normally be dispatched within 14-21 days of receiving cleared funds.

Where possible we will dispatch multiple items together to save on the postal costs, please email us with your requirements and we will then get back to you with a combine postage price.
Deliveries
We use Fedex UK for all our equipment deliveries and the parcel will need to be signed for on arrivial. The delivery prices quoted above for UK Mainland only and exclude Scotlish Highlands & Islands (including parts of Aberdeen), Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Off-Shore Islands, we can deliver to these areas for an additional fee, please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
We can also offer deliveries within Europe, please email us with your country of destination together with details of the items you are interested in and we will then get back to you with a postage quote.
Smaller items will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class.
All items will be dispatched professionally packed for maximum protection. |
